Script name changes with commits

Target version:-

The name of the script in the info.nut file contains version information, and thus the name changes with each commit, making all previous versions incompatible, and thus defeating the compatibility number.

A first investigation revealed it's less simple than it looks.
The name has a repository tag, because otherwise all installed bees look the same for the user. The current solution is to fix the 4 character identification of the scripts, in the sense that OpenTTD uses those for comparison of script equality, thus dropping the need for using the displayed name for it.
This is how bananas works, and how newgrfs do it.
