Description

If there are more than sufficient number of trams in a given period, I'd like to see a parameter similar to UKRS2 where some trams can be retired early or a toggle between "few" "some" and "many" vehicles.

Given the amount of vehicles I think a feature like this is necessary. I think the retire early idea is best for a set like this, to avoid discussion like "why didn't you include the tram from my city in the \"few\" selection".

Right now it seems a good idea to make every vehicle available for purchase for 10 years, and have the vehicles from 2010 available indefinitely. This will not influence the vehicle life. With this, at any point in time one has around 5 to 10 vehicles to choose from, rather than 30 or more. I'm also thinking about making this the default and have a parameter to increase the model life to match the vehicle life (so that you can buy a vehicle for as long as it was in service in real life).
