Hardcoded revision in the source bundle and path

the hardcocded revision part in the source bundle makes it impossible to maintain updates automatically (in 0.3.1: "r5242-f6a3ae1163ab"), it requires manually setting the revision for download and building

example snippets from rpm:

-Source0:        http://bundles.openttdcoop.org/nml/releases/%{version}/%{name}-%{version}.src.tar.gz
+Source:         http://bundles.openttdcoop.org/nml/releases/%{version}/%{name}-%{version}.r5242-f6a3ae1163ab.tar.gz

-%setup -q
+%setup -q -n %{name}-%{version}.r5242-f6a3ae1163ab

in older updates, you just had to set %{version}

<heffer> planetmaker: okay. first thing i notice about the release is the annoying filename http://bundles.openttdcoop.org/nml/releases/0.4.0/nml-0.4.0.r5527-3b43d37dec19.tar.gz
<heffer> means i need to touch the URL in my RPM spec file every time the revision or commit changes (i.e. every release)
