move all (English) strings into a seperate language file
having all strings in a seperate language file makes translation way easier. Also adding other languages. Thoughts why I shouldn't move all strings to a seperate file, like english.nfo?

as long as train names dont get put' into a separate english.nfo it's ok. Because:
A0A4.nfo ... action0 action 4 ... action 4 = (amongst other things) train names.
If a region is skipped via parameters, should also the names be skipped, and not only the action 0's (without a action0 wont the train show up).
But moveing all texts into one file, should probably be ok. Thus, we should perhaps make a languages directory, where all .nfo's are copied into 01languages.nfo in the main dir, and thus copied together when other stuff is.
