attempt to use invalid ID

in the scenario as shown in the attached screenshot this set throws an error. NuTracks is set to add metro tracks (Probably the Transrapid tracks should just graciously deactivate itself)

NuTracks uses all railtype slots, and then this cannot add it's own.

I think this happens with a lot of railtype grfs, but I probably should check if there is a railtype slot available rather than just assuming there is.
On the other hand, the OpenTTD error message could be a bit more descriptive; instead of "attempt to use invalid ID" something like "cannot add railtype, all railtype slots filled".

EDIT: on the other hand I may drop the TRPD railtype altogether, as there are no vehicles for it anyways.
