The project has been setup at https://dev.openttdcoop.org/projects/redfish and you've been assigned manager.
The repository is available from http://hg.openttdcoop.org/redfish or ssh:///redfish

All things, including on how to generate the required ssh key or setup a compile environement are covered in the DevZone wiki at http://dev.openttdcoop.org/projects/home/wiki

I'll also happily setup the compile farm once there's a commit so that I can verify it working with the project. The required build targets for the compile farm to work are described at http://dev.openttdcoop.org/projects/home/wiki/UsingTheCF. Simplest way to achieve that is to make use of the make-nml build framework for NewGRFs: grab the zip from http://bundles.openttdcoop.org/make-nml/push/LATEST and configure it to your needs (mostly Makefile.config is needed).
Usage of the web translation service is explained at http://dev.openttdcoop.org/projects/home/wiki/ManagingEints

Cheers,
pm
