Description
Open r36 with latest stable and the problem is immediately apparent.

The sprites are somehow corrupted when the GRF is encoded, decoding it again gives me "Error: not enough data to perform regular decoding for sprite 379" and two zero-byte PNG files.

GRFCodec seems to be having a bout of instability, here's a working GRF compiled with NML.
