Incompatibility with nutracks

Description

Despite being as a recommended set with nutracks, it completely breaks when both newgrfs are loaded. As in, majority of 2cc set trains just disappear.

Two problems with your settings:

1. - I think Nutracks should be loaded after 2cctrainset but this is less important.
2. - IIRC, Beta 4.1 is broken - reported many times before - you should download the latest nightly
