New Icon in Transparency Options

Description

There's one thing, that bugs me most:
The Icon for the loading indicator-Button in the Transparency Options is very confusing.
What about replacing this loc with an loading indicator?

Looks to me (also) like it could and possibly should get its own sprites...

I think the subsidy icon on the main toolbar can work as a good replacement.

I only took the real loading indicator and took it to thetransparency options.
So the new users can find out the meaning of the icon easier.

I'd actually prefer an icon 20x20 px^2 in order to fit the other icons, too. Not sure, but maybe the symbol itself could get some graphical underlay like a half-loaded wagon or so?

maybe it is possible to "fix" the bridge too, make it 20²

I cut the bridge half, it is the only way to fit a bridge image in such size. :-)
Loading indicator also included.
